By viewing the TransWandsworth web site, you agrree with the terms outlined below in this site disclaimer.

Also, please note that as TransWandsworth 4 is a large upgrade to the site, both in content and back-end technology, this disclaimer may change in the coming weeks to months.

1. Viewing TransWandsworth

(a.) In this disclaimer, "TransWandsworth" refers to TransWandsworth, Benedict W. Hazel (the webmaster) and BWHazel.co.uk.

(b.) TransWandsworth does not accept responsibility for damage done by any area of this web site to the computers of visitors, or to the visitors themselves, as it is the choice of the visitor to view TransWandsworth.

(c.) Remember to take frequent breaks from your computer to avoid repetitive strain injury (RSI), damage to the eyes, epileptic fits, and other problems caused by screen glare or sitting in front of a computer for extended periods.

2. Site Content

(a.) Every effort is made to ensure information is as up-to-date and as correct as possible at the time of publication. All information published is obtained from external sources, whether they be from other Internet sites, radio, television, newspapers, or others. Wherever possible, information is checked against at least two sources prior to publication, including Transport for London if possible. TransWandsworth accepts no responsibility for incorrect information published. If any information is incorrect, necessary corrections will be made and a notification will be posted on the site.

3. Advertisements

(a.) All advertisements on TransWandsworth are externally managed by Google and TradeDoubler. All Google advertisements are automatically chosen by the Google AdSense service therefore TransWandsworth has no control over what is controlled in the advertisements. Any broken links or links which point to offensive web sites are not the responsibility of TransWandsworth.

(b.) Adverts managed by TradeDoubler are picked manually by the webmaster from those available on the TradeDoubler web site. At the time of implementation, these advertisements were demmed suitable for publication and were in working order. TransWandsworth is therefore not responsible for broken links or links to offensive web sites from these advertisements.

4. External Links

(a.) TransWandsworth is not responsible for content on external web sites. At the time of an external link being published, the external site is deemed suitable for linking to.

5. TransWandsworth Toolbar

(a.) The TransWandsworth Toolbar has been discontinued as ofthe upgrade to version 4 of the site. For this reason, the majority of the links within it will no longer work. Users are advised to remove the toolbar immediately.

6. Subwebs of transwandsworth.co.uk

(a.) All subwebs formally accessible with a web address containing transwandsworth.co.uk, whether they be subfolders of transwandsworth.co.uk (e.g. transwandsworth.co.uk/folder), or subdomains (e.g. domain.transwandsworth.co.uk), are fully covered by this Disclaimer. These subwebs therefore comply wth term 1(a.) above.

7. BWHazel.co.uk Web Group

(a.) TransWandsworth is now part of the BWHazel.co.uk Web Group. When complete, the BWHazel.co.uk disclaimer will fully cover TransWandsworth.
